You can choose the type of visit you need and select a provider. The doctors can diagnose, prescribe, and suggest follow-up care when appropriate. You can rest assured that your privacy is protected and the app complies with all federal and state laws for patient privacy and confidentiality.
Please note that CareFirst Video Visit is not for emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, call 911. If you use Apple Health, you can share your health information with the provider during your virtual video visit, such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information, and respiratory rate.
